Malibu Farm Cookbook by Helene Henderson is a cookbook based on her popular restaurant, Malibu Farm, located at the end of the pier in Malibu, California. The restaurant is known for its freshly sourced ingredients, changing menu, and the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.
As you my expect, the recipes are California-fresh in style. Some deliciousness include: Butterfly Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish, True Cod Alaskan Caught with Rock Shrimp Beurre Blanc, Miso Marinated Black Cod, Upside Down Cherry Cornmeal Goodness, and Pineapple Jalapeño Sake Cocktail.
Although there are some hard to find ingredients, expensive, and the recipes time consuming, it’s worth the effort for special occasions with loved ones and friends. A beautiful and inspiring book.
